If you find any damage or dissimilarity in your product as you received, you are required to report us as soon as possible or you can contact us within 5 days so we can promptly take action. But, after the mentioned period, we shall not be able to resolve your issue, if you fail to reach us.

Color of the Product (s)
Screen resolution impacts the color appearance. Due to the diverse screen resolution, the color (s) of the product (s) may seem slightly different. Hence, we advise our customers to be vigilant when deciding the color of the jackets.
If the product is not shipped yet, we can accept the order cancellation. However, as long as it is dispatched or shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order. In this situation, the customers have to receive the order at first in order to start the return or exchange process.
Note: People who refuse to accept the order will not be issued refunds.
Replacement with Other Product
